Enquiries sent through the quote form on this website are collected and stored by our customer management provider, LeadConnector (HighLevel). If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta).

We rely on legitimate interests (to respond to your enquiry), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (such as a quote), performance of a contract once you book work with us, and our legal obligations. Where we need your consent for any processing, we will ask for it separately.

We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep relevant records for 6 years in line with our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time if there is no ongoing reason to keep it.
